Who We Are

The content of this site is created by undergraduate Kinesiology majors and minors at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo under the supervision of Dr. Nicole Hagobian. All content is founded in scientific research. The information is intended to supplement any mandatory coaching education training coaches of K-12 programs receive at their sites.

The objective is to empower coaches with current information regarding best practices so that they feel competent and confident in running their programs and can create an environment that facilitates positive youth development and optimal performances.
